ReviveAI is built on privacy-by-design. Audio streams and screenshare visual tokens are processed ephemerally in volatile RAM and immediately discarded. We never record, store, sell, or train foundational AI models on your live conversation audio or confidential source code.
1. Introduction
ReviveAI (parent company: talkfeels, "ReviveAI", "we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users worldwide. This Privacy Policy details our data practices across our website (revive-os.me), our desktop applications, and our developer APIs.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We strictly limit our data collection to what is essential for delivering the service and fulfilling your license:
- Account & Fulfillment Information: When you purchase our $9.99 Lifetime Access Pass, we collect your email address to issue and authenticate your perpetual API Key and transmit payment receipts.
- Payment & Transaction Metadata: To process payments, our payment gateway partner
(Razorpay) collects payment card details, billing address, and transaction identifiers.
ReviveAI only receives and stores payment confirmation tokens (e.g.
pay_...), timestamp, and currency. ReviveAI never receives or stores your full 16-digit card number or CVV code. - Technical & Diagnostics Data: Anonymous diagnostic telemetry including OS version (macOS / Windows), client app version, crash dumps (with any identifiable personal tokens scrubbed), and API query latency.
3. Payment Processing via Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1)
All payment transactions conducted on ReviveAI are routed through Razorpay Software Private Limited, an internationally certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment service provider. 4. Local Ephemeral AI Engine Architecture
Unlike traditional meeting bots that join calls and record cloud audio files:
- ReviveAI captures your local system audio loopback entirely on-device via native OS audio drivers.
- Audio chunks are transcribed in real-time in memory buffers and destroyed immediately after inferencing.
- Local meeting summaries and action notes generated in markdown format are stored exclusively on your local hard drive (e.g., in your local user directory), never uploaded to a public repository.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use minimal, privacy-respecting session cookies solely to preserve site navigation state, remember checkout modal progress, and measure aggregated page load speeds. We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site behavioral tracking cookies.
6. Data Security Safeguards
We maintain strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:
- All API traffic is enforced over TLS 1.3 encryption.
- Perpetual API keys are hashed using industry-standard SHA-256 with cryptographic salting.
- Server endpoints operate with strict firewall segregation and DDoS mitigation.
